The scan.art Artwork Inventory Management Tool allows you to manage, create, edit, duplicate, share, view, and export all of your artworks from within your inventory. All artworks which are added to your scan.art inventory are also scannable through the scan.art web application.

You can export your artworks as a CSV file or generate PDFs in Grid or List View. You can also select which type of information about the artworks you want to include in your export.

Yes, you can label your artworks to keep track of their status, such as sold, available, not available, and in storage.

To create a new artwork, go to the Inventory section, click on “Add New Artwork”, and fill in the necessary details about the artwork. You can add audio as well as video descriptions to your artworks on scan.art.

Yes, you can share your artwork inventory with others by using the sharing options available inside your inventory.
